I am wondering is there any way I could get my 7-port USB hub based on FE2.1 v1.01 chip working with MK908 (first edition).

I`m no Linux guru, but as far as I understand some kernel extension is needed and needs to be put in correct folder in ROM. The thing is, I have no clue where to get that extension..

In Windows the hub is recognized as "Generic USB Hub". Why doesn`t Android have generic implementation for USB HUB driver (it has for HID...)??

Any help / clues / tips (except buying hub sold by geekbuying ) would be much appreciated!
