Samsung Canada announces pre-orders for the Gold Platinum Galaxy S6, S6 Edge

Samsung Canada has just announced its plans to open up pre-orders for the Gold Platinum Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in the coming weeks. The Gold Platinum pre-order option is in addition to the previously-announced Black Sapphire and Pearl White variants, which are both up for pre-order now. Both devices will be offered through major carriers and retailers, as well as Samsung Experience Stores. Canadian carriers that have opened up pre-orders include:

• Bell
• Eastlink
• Fido
• Rogers
• SaskTel
• TELUS
• Videotron
• Virgin Mobile
• Wind

For those who need a refresher, both the S6 and S6 Edge have 5.1-inch Super AMOLED displays with an impressive resolution of 1440 x 2560. They’re both powered by the Samsung Exynos 7420 processor, 3GB of RAM and come with either 32, 64 or 128GB of internal storage.
