Tinydeal CX-10 & Some Mini Quadcopter Motors Replacement Tutorial

Disassemble the four blades
1. Pull the four blades up and out. ( You’re advised to make use of tool. )

Disassemble the upper cover
1. Turn over the quadcopter, disassemble the four small screws.

2. Disassemble the upper cover from the part in the red circle. (see the picture below)

3. Disassemble the rest three parts according to the step 1 and step 2

Disassemble the bottom case
1. Disassemble the bottom case from the red circle part (see the picture below)

2. Pull out the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) carefully
Please be careful to avoid breaking welding wire of the motor, and protect the battery as well as other components on the PCB

3. Disassemble the rest three parts according to the step 1 and step 2

Replace the motors
1. Remove the two lines from the pad
Pay attention to the protection of the components between the 2 pads. (the part in the red circle)

2. Weld the new motors of the four parts.
Attention: red/white line corresponds to the part with “×”, blue/black corresponds to the other part. (see the red circle in the picture below)

3. Done. ( see the picture below )

Install the bottom case
Put the four motors into the corresponding grooves, and then press the PCB board to fix the motors.
Do not expose lines on the surface of the quadcopter.

Install the upper cover
Press the four parts on the corresponding parts on the bottom case.

Tighten the four screws on the bottom case

Install the four blades 
Please make sure the four blades are in a same height level and with a moderate tightness.

1. Test the quadcopter
Test the quadcopter under the adequate power status. You’re advised to refer to the user manual.
2. Reminder
Please recheck and make sure the motors are definitely faulty before replacing.
Troubleshooting:
1. One or two motors do not rotate
Possible reasons: 
A. The lack of power of the remote controller;
B. The lack of power of the quadcopter;
C. Please make sure you adjust the throttle and joystick at the same time.
2. One or two motors still rotate after the power has been cut off
Possible reasons: 
A. Motors were broken after an impact or falling down;
B. There is a short circuit after an impact;
C. There is a breakdown in the internal program.
