WeTek OS v1.1.1

We started seeding new OTA update of WeTek OS v1.1.1 for WeTek Play devices.

Changes:

* Added support for apps that rely on Google Widevine.

* Fixed subtitles at DVB in WeTek Theater

* Added support for TS recording

* Fixed VPN connection issue

* Scan by Channel/Frequency (DVB-C/T/T2) in WeTek Theater

* Support for EXT2/3/4 formatted USB devices 

* Multi-selection for recording storage in WeTek Theater (Micro SD, USB)
